Kerri Simpson,

Owner, Naturopathic Doctor,

QRA Practitioner

Having found my recovery from chronic lyme disease through naturopathic practices and lifestyle changes, I became passionate about sharing what I learned with others. I am a Naturopathic Doctor trained in Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Homeopathy and more. As a certified drugless practioner, trained in Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA), I use energy testing to assist my clients in finding their personal nutritional needs.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition with the ability to offer naturopathic lifestyle training and treatment. I work with my clients and their bio-individuality to help them produce real and lasting results.

Personalized Holistic Wellness

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions on good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, rewarding and sustainable.

When you are caring for yourself, you are treating your body like the holy vessel, the temple you are created to be.

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your body.”
1 Corinthians 9:19-20

While caring for yourself, you are better able to use your gifts to live out your unique God-given purpose in life.

Christi mueller,

QRA Practitioner

Christi began her journey with alternative protocols when doctors were unable to determine what was causing her daughter great pain in her lower abdominal region. After a recommendation from a friend led them to an alternative practitioner who utilized what is now known as Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA), it was determined the culprit was parasites. Something that was undetectable by previous medical professionals was easily irradicated in days simply through natural supplements – plants. Christi became a believer.

In June of 2023, Christi found a lump on her left breast. Choosing not to implement the standard of care such as chemotherapy and radiation but overdosing on nutrition through QRA, natural supplements, diet change, exercise, and alternative treatments, Christi is now cancer free! She is excited and honored to be part of the Well Nut Team in offering hope, health, and

happiness to her clients individually by assessing their overall health.

Lauren Sparrow,

Lauren has been on her healing journey since 2007, when she had her first of three knee surgeries. Upon being diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2018, as well as Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s and having a total knee replacement in 2019, Lauren found herself on multiple prescriptions and not feeling a whole lot better. She thought that there must be a better way to approach these health ailments. Lauren was drawn to The Well Nut as an approach to a new way of healing and quickly joined the team, assisting in all front desk related responsibilities. She is blessed to have a wonderful husband and two beautifully talented daughters. Lauren’s oldest is dedicated to dance and takes 8 classes a week, while her youngest enjoys playing soccer.

Molly Cunningham,

social media & marketing

Since 2020, Molly's had the joy of working at The Well Nut, stepping into her family’s business after leaving the beauty industry to pursue a deeper calling. After walking through her own journey of healing from Chronic Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia, she discovered a profound passion for natural wellness and the body’s God-given ability to restore when supported the right way. Her healing journey not only reshaped her career—it transformed her life. It gave her the health to begin the family she had always dreamed of. That experience fuels her commitment to educating and empowering others to take charge of their wellness. Molly believes true health is holistic—spiritual, mental, and physical—and she's  passionate about helping others pursue balance in all three areas. Her love for the Lord is the foundation of everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering within her church community, as she firmly believes that faith plays a vital role in overall well-being. Molly has found it incredibly exciting to watch The Well Nut grow over the years as our growth represents more people finding answers, hope, and healing—and being part of that journey is such a blessing.
